The hotel was okay for what we needed, considering the noise from other patrons such as cigarette smoke, but it's advisable to request quieter rooms away from the busy street. The service during check-out was amazing, with very friendly and helpful staff. The location, although needing landscaping, was satisfactory for our two-night stay, especially for non-French speakers. The dining options, while decent with 3 choices, could offer more variety. Overall, a mixed experience with both positives and negatives.
The hotel was well-located near King St in Canada, but may not be perfect for travelers with dogs. The rooms were clean, but the decoration was quite old. The service was helpful, especially for non-French speakers. Dining offered a great breakfast place, Breakfast 2000, at the attached restaurant. The facilities needed landscaping, but the breakfast was enjoyable.
The hotel was conveniently located and suitable for a short stay before continuing travels to Quebec City. The room, despite some outside noise during a busy event, served its purpose for our needs. The service, especially with a quick room change and valet parking assistance, was wonderful. The location was easy to find but may not be ideal for dog travelers. The dining experience was excellent in a bright and spacious cafe, providing a great breakfast. The facilities were well-maintained, ensuring a pleasant stay.
